He might just have raped that girl he sent those voice messages to (the ones saying he enjoyed how she hated it etc.). But he is probably not considering it a big deal. He probably feels like deep down she wanted it (which I don't say she did) and it was actually kinda consensual while the truth is often not black and white.

I have to say rape also is one thing I totally don't get. I do not see how a reasonably attractive female forcing me to have sex with her would be a bad thing let alone a big deal. I mean if I walk away with no permanent damage to my body or no financial loss then why the fuck would her forcing me to fuck her be that much of a big deal. Sure if she took a strapon and fucked my ass so I have to wear diapers afterwards then that would be a big deal but if I walk away fine then where is the problem? Well maybe it's not a great experience but also not something that somebody should have to go to jail to for a decade. So I will admit rape is a thing I don't get. Maybe you have to be female to get it. I don't get it tbh. And this paragraph is not referring to any real incidence or real persons or the Tate case. That is just a general observation.

And I guess Tate feels the same way. So he feels innocent while (possibly) being guilty.
