Very likely the "minor" doesn't even exist. Their previous arrests were from information by an "anonymous woman", which could be anyone or no one.

I live in Belgium and the aoc is 16 here but good luck getting a 16 year old girlfriend as a 18+ year old man here without being seen as a pedo.

I know this, according to the law the age of consent is 16 in my country yes but the people here still see it as morally wrong. That's why I asked if it's that way also in your country?
