Tattoo on lateral corners of lips to increase perceived width?

The thing this guy has where the lines extend outward creating the perception of a wider smile

How retarded is this. I did it on myself with my some eyeliner and it definitely improved my mouth region, but would it look dumb in real life?

Yeah that's the risk with doing weird "procedures" like this. Regular tattooists or even SPMA's have no idea how to get this effect. Another problem is smiling can look weird too

This isn't really a perma fix, but I have been experimenting with Hydrocortisone on the Nostrils, and this can be a legit fix, it legits shrinks the nostrils and fixes the ratio by making the mouth seem wider (due to shortened nostrils).

Lmk if you do experiment with Corner-Tattoos, really interested.
