Tattoo or No?

I have a scar like this on my elbow. I’ve tried lasers etc but it hasn’t faded. I’m not big into tattoos but should I get a cross tattoo over it or just leave it be? Should I get a skin colored tat? Genuinely curious if it would help at all.

Have no clue what that is I fell while running because some kid bikes out in front of me and got the scar also one on chin. Considering just skin coloring tattoo for both

I have had a co2 and an ipl and hasn’t lightened much. How would I microneedlw or like is there a product I can buy?
