Taughts on mini chin-wing

I am not a bimax candidate, but am planing to get genio with widening. I have tought about getting a cinh wing/mini chin wing insted of genio, I would get a chinwing with a medial cut so that it would not effect the gonions and masseter. This way i could also move part of the mandeble along with my the chin to get more neck seperation. But i have heard a lot of bad things about chin wings, like the step off, could this be solved with a bone graft for the medial cut. Would a regular genio make the chin look more prominent/visible fom the front vs a chin wing? How much riskier is a chin wing with a medial cut compared to genio when it comes to nerve damage?

In old threads. But i think a lot of the criticism is aimed toward the version that has a cut all the way back at the gonions and that a people where doing it insted of bimax. But the mini also left Thelordmadness with a stepp off.

Yea getting chin wing when u need bimax is a very stupid move but chin wing itself pretty good surgery
I know 2 people here who got chin wing and they both happy with results but one of them got some nerve damage but its ok i think
Mini chin wing is less riskier tho

I know only russian surgeons since im from russia and wont move for surgery but some people actually do
u should ask

I have heard about others having it in Russia aswell. Saw a good result from reddit that had been spread on here, but i doubt i am going to Russia atm
