I believe the Adriana one is edited. Maybe I'm wrong but I thought she had grey eyes.

In any case, Taylor has a more positive canthal tilt which is good for women, better eyelashes, better eyebrows, and everything else is pretty similar. I mean Adriana's eyes might be slightly deeper or Taylor just has more fat on her upper eyelid because you can see on the right she was a bit more creasing.
