So I'm using .1 taz cream 20% azelaic acid gel , and 4% hydroquinone right now tryna fight texture and stubborn hyperpigmentation ive had for years , but these sebum/ oily pores on my nose arent going away , i heard accutane shrinks sebum and oil glands all over reducing the chances of even getting acne and can shrink your nose . What can i do so i can stay on taz and get accutane benefits. I wanna microdose it like 10mgs over 6 months or stop should i stop taz and do a full cycle , but am i gonna rape my skin barrier and make my skin even worse if use both ? Im tryna get the most perfect glass skin ever so ill do whatever it takes to achieve perfect glowy skin .

my skin barrier is fine right now i only use the taz 3x a week and hydroq 2x a week and the aza acid daily i have no peeling or burning right now and ive built my way up all the way from .025 tret

Im doing a 20mg 6 month accutane course and hq alongside it. After that I’ll do taz to maintain but I would do all three at once
