What’s even the difference between the two and which one do you use?

Both of them come from the retinoid family
Tret is the first-generation retinoid (all-trans retinoic acid,the natural active form of vitamin A)

Taz is a third-generation retinoid (synthetic,
more selective for specific receptors)

Taz is much more powerful therefore, better.

well, if you start Taz, start with 0.045% (what I did)

and slowly, after weeks, you get to 0.1%.
Taz is much more irritating than tret so start with low amounts
