la roche posay spf50+++, cerave moisturizing lotion with cisaplastbaume b5 if skinbarrier irritation

taz should be better in some cases it can cause even less irritation but idk id prob just start with tret 0.025, 0.05 then 0.1 then taz, or just go to 0.5 tret into taz

yeah you can, prob start with 0.05 though since it can be quite irritating just introduce it at your skinbarriers tempo

its up to you brah, starting at 0.05 isnt super bad but starting at 0.1 is pretty retarded

if ur skin is rly sensitive then starting at 0.025 would be better
