how significant is the difference in results and time it takes?

Is the skin irritation and stuff on tazarotene that much worse than tret?

What are the best products/actives to use to reduce the side effects of tazarotene?

Which ingredients in moisturizers/serums etc will best help fix the skin barrier damage from the tazarotene?

doesnt matter

do cleanser, taz and then moisturizer

1-3 times a week, not more cuz you will cause skin irritation

Do people use tretinoin daily after a certain time of building tolerance?

No, moisturise first lol you'll just spread it around.

Taz stays on your face for a while, when I used taz first my eyelids and sensitive skin areas were burning. Moisturise first then apply taz selectively so that you don't get unnecessary spread and irritation

I'd choose the Taz just because of the higher concentration

What are the best ingredients/actives to use alongside the tazarotene?

Is azelaic acid going to help? Ik it can help with the acne and redness but will it soothe and repair skin or damage further?

Tret 0.025 seemed to be the holy grail concentration for tret for non severe acne tho

What would u say for tazarotene 0.045 vs tret 0.05?

Rapes skin barrier or rapes tretinoin?
Rapes tret, skin barrier is kind of cooked for a few days but it's gets better. Studies show there's 0 issues after a week.

0.025 just seems low but for beginner maybe. 0.045 Taz is definitely stronger. Both are still very similar after all

Did ur skin really get no sides/purge after a week? How many times did u use it?

It seems u got urs from indiamart and its 0.05%, my pharmacist prescribed me 0.045 i got it for free tho

Also are u on 40mg isotret alongside the tazarotene like ur profile says?

I wouldn't say it'd soothe and repair the skin, that's what your moisturiser and cleanser is for. But would make your skin look good

Yes indeed, I guess my skin is very dry/slightly peely when I wake up but that's nothing moisturiser doesn't fix. it's also probably because of accutane too. These topicals are so overly fearmongered, jfl at "muh build up tolerance with low % for months" how about dont be a goy pussy:feelsbadman:
