Tazarotene, anyone have experience with it?

Looking for some recommendations rn, my acne is pretty moderate but ive been on 0.05 gel tretinoin for around like 4-5 months and its helped but not enough. I can get 6 tubes for 90 bucks rn so im just asking if you guys think Taz will work better than what ive been doing so far.

according to some its less sides and more effect so it might, but ofc depending upon how "moderate" is accutane might be the answer
