I came off accutane and started doing 2 days off with taz, for example Sunday taz and then again on Wednesday, then next on Saturday etc. peeled a lot on my upper and lower lip for a couple months and now I do 1 day off with very minimal peeling

Correct, after cleansing, then taz and ive been doing moisturizer after letting the taz sit for 15 minutes
