yo i was wondering even if i dont have acne, i dont have inflammation on my nose or skin, is Tazarotene still going to shrink my nose or no? Because i sm trying to achieve better mouth to nose width ratio because its slightly unideal and since i cant widen my palate or my lips i have to shrink my nose somehow

i think you mean hydrocortisone and not the tazarotene

yes, hydrocortisone helps with shrinking alar base, but you need to apply it for 2 weeks for the results start to show
