like im inconsistently rotting on forums these days simply bc i dont feel like its worth my time anymore, ive been just philosophymaxxing these last couple months (ye ye its muh cope ik), and reading has replaced most of my rotting time
i dont really regret the fact that i ever used to rot on this site bc in a way this site helped me, altough it limited my social skills and boosted my autistic tendancies and behaviours i feel like it made me have a space where i could vent, take a break from soy/goyciety, etc.
Dealing with irl people is the worst thing ever, ive started to hate the noise of talking and other noises thats from people

but the key to taking a break from forums imo is just not having ur attention on it at all times, i switsched my notification settings, barely thought abt forums, replaced most of it with other habits, now rotting kinda feels tedious and boring, every thought and thread i scroll ive seen 1 thousand times before, and will continue to se it for the rest of this site
