I will still definitely be getting jaw surgery, but I may just have my maxila moved forward, bite corrected, and then get genio as well as angle implants, all I really need is a taller lower third as well as forward growth.

Been told many times here that I need CCW for my subhuman philtrum/midface, but I've noticed that when I jut and my chin/philtrum ratio is corrected, I look pretty good and a lot more masculine than before.
