what was it going to be about?

a comprehensive guide on how to apply management concepts and treat yourself like a business to achieve goals and find purpose in life.
if your interested it would be like (it will be a bit indepth because i dont plan on actually making the post)

setting goals: using balance scorecard method, maslows pyramid of needs, and douglas mcgregors x or y ideas. realising that we are driven by a) intrinsic and external motivation, and b) impulsive and long term needs. 99% of people have no plan to reach long term needs so impulses and short term satisfaction takes over their life, even though it is well documented ( hawthorn expirements, neoclassical managment concepts, pink theory) that we are mostly driven by self actualization which is a long term satisfaction. Only because we dont have clarity we resort to impulsion. Also recognize the concept of opportunity cost. as stated external motivation comes in the of monetary reward (for wageslave cucks), recognize opportunity cost, and realise investing in yourself pays divedend down the line, its much better than wageslaving.

Basically: as a manager: make a balanced scorecard for your life. I dont understand how 99% of people avoid the question of what their life goal is, its stupid. Then: SMART goals everyday. specific, measurable, achieveable, relavent and timebound.

Once we have a vision, set 3 small objectives everyday.

use 3 things for setting objectives:
1) Time bound: It needs to help now,in 1month, and in 10years
2) Opportunity cost: learn about what motivates and what makes good managers. U only have limited amount of hours daily. do things which along with helping your goals, build these characteristics.

For example:
henry fayols relavent characteristsics of managers: Discipline, Order , Equity Initiative
mintzberg 10 roles of managers: figurehead, leader, liason, spokesperson, dissemator, monitor, disturbance handler, entrepreneur, negotiatior
Try to find tasks which develop these skills aswell, it will double as developing you as a person and achieving short term objectives

3) Find out what a)needs to be done b)what you are scared of doing c) and what you want to do.
For setting tasks refer to peter drucker managment by objectives. Make sure its realistic! because rewarding yourself is essential.

Now we move on to the hard part. How do we achieve this?
actually its not that hard, since we have made our goals in a way which meets our needs as humans. As douglas mcgregor says, work is as natural to humans as play or sleep. he also suggests aligning goals with our needs according to maslows pyramid and pinks theories. Trust me it will come naturally. If we measure success objectively we can be rewarded with that positive feedback.

But we need to lead and control ourselves. How do we lead ourselves?
- since you set goals which are realistic to yourself, think about your emotions. When i workout, i remember my best moments. when i made my family proud, friends proud, and silenced my inner demons. I also remember when i was nothing and at my worst. this inspires me to give my best.
- its largely subjective but you could read, relentless from good to great to unstoppable.

and finally Control: since we set measurable objectives, we can measure success:
feedforward: before you do something, think what could you change to improve success of what your going to do
concurrent: while your doing things, think how could you make this easier for you next time
feedback: when your done think about it, how could you make this better next time?

compare your result to your goals.
I also believe in Kaizen method. think about the systems theory, it states that left uncontrolled systems will run themselves into the ground. fix things as they come. kaizen is a sino-japanese theory basically focusing on constant improvement. Incremental steps which lead to major improvements.

And finally a really blackpilled alteration of John Stacey Adams who suggested that workers will naturally compare their efforts or rewards to those of others in the workplace. give yourself the edge, to know that you will be MORE successful than others. imagine, if you take steroids you are much more motivated to work out, why is that? because you know that you get more benifit than the others. apply this to other parts of your life, for example i take modafinil.

I hope one person reads this, It will change your life if you implement it.

And this is less than half of the theory.
We still need to learn managment styles for yourself, how to connect this to psychology, how to use biology and biochem to maximize your efficiency and motivation.

Nothing groundbreaking ngl. Feels like a ton of BS one of those internet life coaches would say to get you to buy their book.
