Usually when the Doordash or other delivery guys take pictures of the food to prove they delivered it, I ask them to take a selfie and then I brutally rate them and tell them to start saving for surgery and link them this forum. This is why we have so many curries here.

They always respond positively.

same thing happens to me, usually I’m just chilling on my phone or on the pc and totally immersed in whatever I’m doing(youtube, movie, browsing surgeries etc.), then someone rings the doorbell and it just jolts my body into fight or flight, legit comparable to a ww2 veteran hearing a firework go off then suffering through an episode of ptsd thinking they are in 1955 Vietnam again.

The level to which you describe your social anxiety recently seems fairly high. I've never known people who have that level of social anxiety to be able to do things like dates or job interviews. Complete overload for people who get anxious when the phone rings and stuff. They can't contemplate that sort of stuff (you can read their posts on anxiety subs on reddit and stuff)
