i remember when I looked way better than now ,life was more interesting I used to go more out and got girls chasing me my confidence was high , low cortisol so my t was higher , everytime you go out smiles looks stares girls check you out etc. it feels good but deep down you still are depressed you can change your physis but your mind is still the same unless you didn’t change your mindset and beliefs
Deep down you are still depressed because you were subhuman before so the mental damage has been already done
so I learned only goodlooks isn’t gonna do shit tbh of course many girls desire you and show you interest and affection , but you have a lot of stress with males because they envy you most of the time
