if u have genetic dark circles this wont do anything. same thing if ur recessed.

"Dark circles" are mostly due to pheno (Indians have it a lot IIRC) or recessed infraorbital rims. If it's an infraorbital rim deficiency I don't think tea bags will do anything

Its caffeine doing its work, using a caffeine serum (skincare) will give similar results tbh
