I don't think i personally look bad as my base is pretty alright, if any please let me know some areas I should focus on; my skin has lots of acne scars from going through puberty, accutane is probably going to be necessary for me as my skins really oily

skin isn't severe, even tret/taz will be enough no need for accutane. Anyways I would fix hair because it looks pretty greasy, ask for layers or do them yourself if your scared you'll get fucked. Bonesmash zygos and for dye eyebrows 2 shades darker for higher contrast. Minoxidil for even better results + eyelashes. Your side is actually pretty good.
