Teacher failed me and told me to "see him" after class

teach was talking to me mid class and pointed out how i got a 49% on my first math test of the year
(mind you, im only in grade 10 academic class)
Yesterday he gave us this paper with 1 question on it
during halfway of solving the question i wrote
"Idk how to solve the rest" half way thru the equation
dude gave this 0/4 and wrote "See me" in red
He said come to him friday so he can with my difficulties in math
i genuinly might be retarded, i dont even have the motivation to get better at math either
