I believe I have found a solution to tear troughs which would be lower orbicularis occuli hypertrophy.
Tear troughs =loss of under eye volume which is why its a hollow/depression.
If the under eye muscle is enlarged that should fill in the hollow.
Hypertrophy is possible in the lower orbicularis occuli here is a study that nobody has talked about
(Read Chat gbt summary if lazy)

hm...idk, this states that hypertrophied obicularis oculi looks like a puffy lower eyelid, and also on the after pic her tear trough looks wider and more noticable, maybe cuz of lighting? but do trained orb. oculi look like that? maybe yeah cuz theres pretarsal obicularis oculi(lower eyelid muscle), preseptal orbicularis oculi(upper eyelid muscle) and orbital one.. thats interesting, going off point maybe if u hypertrophy the upper eyelid one you can get some hooding?? anyways i think if you do that you need to find a way to train only the orbital muscle, or orbital and preseptal.

Yeah thats true it does look like a puffy lower eyelid but looks like the higher part of the muscle is hypertrophied, needs to be hypertrophied lower.
Circled in black is where the preferred muscle mass should be grown and in white is where you will get that puffer eyelid look which is what I believe, I also already found a way to stimulate that part of the muscle circled in black

How?

But pull down the skin as much possible(until you can see the all pink under your eyes) for max resistance and do it for 2 minutes without stopping and you'll see what I mean

Just pull a truck with your eyes theory.

Lmfao do you know basic anatomy the mri scan is right there
I hate ppl like you who are so close minded and don't wanna take the creativepill
When the fuck did I say anything to imply the results were fake you spastic?
The point is that this is not practical for anybody on here, even if real. More than likely wouldn't cause any noticeable change in the eyes, and if it did, it wouldn't be ideal.
Nobody has the ability to spend all their time practicing to pull trucks with their eyelids like this fucking circus worker, nor do they want to, you fucking idiot.
Learn to infer better because you clearly are sub-90 IQ.

But this shit is really cool. Many fucking mysckes in the face and hypertrophy and control could help in the lo g run

O did see soemone stating that heavy lifts hsing jaw training the masseter muacles. Kr neck training to help hyoid and surrounding areas

Heavy deadlifts and hilds woild also pit pressure on your gace muscles and passively train them
