Eye bags are different. I was talking about sunken eyes (fat loss). I wouldn’t do either of those peocedure for the eye bags.

Like what? Rhino/genio is more reliable than a fat graft. Unless you are talking about a bad skull shape, everything else seems to have a better colsetic treatment than this.
They are the same thing. If there is minimal support, then implant. If there is a decent support but still sunken then fat/fillers as an easier fix.
