My face is chubby, im 125lbs 5'8 15, so pretty underweight BUT i have a pretty chubby face and body (skinny fat), no muscle at all basically, but my face is fat a bit lol. Should i lean bulk or leanmaxx dont wanna stunt growthe either

It's probably just baby fat. You're only 15 and are likely still developing, it'll probably go away as you get older.

You should bulk slowly and avoid dirty bulking if you want to minimize fat gain.
 
Bonesmash your knees so it dosent stunt growth while on a cut
 
IMO you should just eat a meat/dairy rich, low slave-food diet and work out every day.
You will both get leaner AND more muscular eventually.
Your body will adjust the calories and macros by itself.
Bulking is cope unless you have gigachad-tier genetics or are juicing, since you can't metabolize all that force-fed food into muscle fast enough to not get fat.

lean bulk, lots of high intensity weightlifting AND cardio, and drink a crap ton of water and you’ll be good
