Proof that you are still a teen, most of adult life revolves around job, securing your needs, place to live. When in teens the most of these things are taken care of by your parents and your only concern is school. At school you spend time with your friends, then after school you spend your time with the same people. This is not the case in adulthood, people at work are usually not your friends.
when you have teen love, the only thing you deal with is that you spend time together, nothing else has to bother you. It is not the same experience in adulthood

I can confirm teen love is overrated. If you have manage to slay at an early (14 yo) age, then good on you. But not being able to do so won't mean that it is over. People slay a lot in university/college compared to high school. In most cases of teen love (even in mine), you just hold hands with a girl, maybe kiss her, just talk with each other a lot etc. Most teen love experiencers don't get blown off by young girls... or much less, have sex. Male teen lovers who're below 16 are still kids who're going through changes. Ideally, if you lose your virginity before 25 yo then you're safe... maybe 30 at max. However, 14 yo female teens getting their backs blown off by 20+ yo chads is legit and if a girl told you she experienced 'teen love', she will surely be talking about this. Life after school is amazing unless you're a study-cel or wagecuck. Wage slaving isn't too bad, but it is still bad.
