What are some essential supplements, foods, products, etc. for a teenager trying to looksmaxx. Gonna buy some of them and I have an idea tell me if im wrong my stats are btw (15 yrs, 115lbs, 5'6 im late puberty):
Carrots (beta-carotene)
Raw Meats(T boost)
Eggs(Cholesterol boost for T)
Green vegetables (zinc, and magnesium for T)
Nuts, more vegetables, fruits and avocados, etc. (just to bulk in general)
Creatine
Protein Powder
K-12 and Vitamin D
MK667 (I really dont know, my parents prob wont let me)
Any more important ones i should buy? Kinda new so just reply, anyways i dont have much money so i dont know which are the most important.
