Teeth crowding fix

Could anyone please help me with this one. I have minor crowding. My 2 front teeth aren't very straight, they're a but overlapping and also my front lower teeth are crowded. I want a palate expander so bad but it's expensive and my parents won't approve of it and i heard it causes swelling and i don't know if it's worth it. I was thinking about getting a job this summer but still spending all the money on orthodontics isn't the best. Maybe braces could help with this but they won't expand my palate by much. I genuinely don't know what to do

With minor crowding, u likely do not even need a palate expander. Braces can easily fix your issue, just make sure you are getting damon braces
