If you get wisdom teeth removed and replaced with implant will it affect the bone structure negatively or will the implant support the bone/reverse the sunken cheek

i dont think tooth implants will reverse the negative effects

only in a few cases you look worse. most of the time nothing changes, some claim you lose bone mass.

when i asked a surgeon he said minimal changes may occure in the ramus area mostly, but if you‘re planning jaw surgery its absolutely worth it.

if its giving you issues like maloclussion, discomfort, decay or whatever, it‘s still better to remove it

Removal of wisdom teeth are not what causes bone loss or prevents good bone structure from forming throughout puberty and adolescence.

It's the removal or loss of Mola teeth. Not wisdom teeth. Losing Molar 1 or Molar 2 will be catastrophic for your face.

Had to me and I ignorantly never replaced it and had to get a bone graft as a result.

I got my right wisdom teeth removed and replaced it with a tooth cap, it feels like any other natural teeth to me. and no it havent had any effect on my facial bone structure

Well after I lost the tooth and didn't replace it, I caught an infection in the missing area and then the maxilla and lower cheekbone sitting above it decayed.
