Teeth extractions

Hey guys, i already Made a post about all this shit,but i went to another orthodontist and he gave me a better option i think, instead of the 4 premolars extractaction, just extracting the wisdoom teeth to gain more space in my mouth and putting marpe or something for a wider palate too,what do You guys think,what do You suggest, or if i should ask for something else, apreacciate it

Thats fine since you are also getting marpe. Wisdom teeth dont have as much of an effect as premolars do on face.
