Teeth Help?

My teeth are good, i don't need braces for anything but my dentist said i should get Invisalign for some teeth in the back of my mouth but its optional since it wont ever affect me nor is it visible.

How do i get them white, i’ve been brushing 1-2 times a day with just basic colgate toothpaste for about a year after trying to improve every feature of myself.

notes: i do miss some days of brushing due to school and barely ever brush on weekends but i’ve seen improvement in my color and have been brushing a lot more on weekends than usual.

the purples ones only make your teeth white for like 6 hours, all money making method and cope, dont buy them!

the ones i bought that really helped me were Crest 3D White Whitestrips Professional Effects for like 30€, they helped a decent bit and after my research i heard that they are the best ones. that was about 6 months ago where i bought them, so maybe there will be better ones now, but those were really good "back then"

always better to go to a dentist and bleach them tho
