I was born without my upper adult lateral incisors and have canines there instead. I've also got gaps so I would need braces too. If I were to get implants would they change the appearance of my face? I've read that teeth extractions lead to bone loss but I was born without them??

Can't afford implants atm I thikn it would be 10k+, parents might pay since they offered when I was younger

I’m in the exact same state as you missing both my lateral incisors, I got braces at 14. It appears as if I have a very narrow top jaw right now I think at 18 I’m going to try to get mse and then get the implants.
