How well did braces vs invisalign and all that actually work for changing jaw/masseter appearance or are all those placebo and to what bone age?

it depends on the severity.

braces are better for bad teeth but for teeth that are not very bad invisalign is wayyy better and more efficient

did you see much actual change in jaw apart from teeth straightness or not really?
