Also the lower teeth got whitened more like the top + in 3 days the final result will be more white but the picture is also not too real idk
Braces to fix dark spots when i smile? Or need palate expander and whats my TEETH smille number

6 tooth smile. Drop the inter molar distance. You will need at least self litigating braces or a marpe because of the narrow smile

Ortho said no to expander but i didnt mention ashethics reasons , if i say ashethics they give? Also my bizygomatic width is wide would it make it even wider? kinda narrow palate vs wide bizygo would it affect? Or couldnt touch the end of the zygos in time
