Teeth physically won't whiten

I've been using teeth whitening treatments for like 6 months and barely see a difference, a two week treatment will see really good lightening after each strip, then it goes away mostly, by the end of it theyre back to before
I have always had good oral hygiene I brush, mouthwash, floss, but theyre still yellow tinted
