Teeth problems at 17

Hi guys,

I had started mewing without really knowing about it when i was initially 16, mike mew told to clench your teeth, and i used to clench it so hard instead of putting the tongue on the palate harder, which is supposed to be what hard mewing is, but i kinda mistook that definition, and ruined my teeth.

Now what has happened since more over than half a year, that my left front tooth is a bit or way, ahead than the right front tooth, and the lower teeth, next to the canine has a gap between another tooth, similar thing is happening with another tooth which is next to the canine. Also, now whenever i try to close my mouth, i cant close it properly, i can only eat, when my mouth closes while my jaw shifts to the left, and when i look in the mirror closing my mouth and onto my teeth, my teeth dont align, the lower jaw shifts to the left, otherwise it doesnt close, now to reverse this, i always thought about doing thumbpulling, but idk i was a lazy bitch never did it, prolly its cope idk. So finally, my jaw shifts to the left, and to make my jaw align i had been shifting the jaw forcefully a bit to the right, now i get tmj in the right part of the jaw. Also my last left sided tooth which is ahead of the wisdom tooth is gone due to my childhood cavity. but that doesnt give me any problem in eating or sorta stuff. Also I have a very short palate, idk in mm but, mine is like only a 6 toothed smile, that two the rest 2 tooths r barely visible, making it somewhat of a 4 tooth smile. Also because of this jaw shifting i was never able to mew correctly since 1 year, coz whenever i did my tongue wouldnt stick on the roof of the mouth, instead it would shift the jaw towards the left and it would kinda create asymmetries.

You want be able to do this without orthodontics, just speak to a professional and hopefully get marpe, Invisalign or something similar

i want to do it without orthodontics, coz it has chances to mess my face, as it does with others so yea
