@retard , I have a question

Wouldn't more pressure on your front teeth at rest when all teeth are touching push the lower maxilla upwards? The jaw muscles are much stronger than the tongue too, if you lowkey clench at the front teeth wouldn't that cause way faster changes?

While also mewing using the tip of the tongue. Is this the optimal mewing + teeth together technique for upward growth?

lmao, are you for real?

According to Dr Mew if you apply pressure with no space between your teeth you just end up with a square face and not a nice forward grown one. I mean look at people with bruxism

Think about it from a physics standpoint - force on the front of the maxilla vs back - which one is gonna move the maxilla up
i have no words for you :lul:

Teeth together is part of mewing.

Btw, I literally noticed my ramus elongate after I kept my teeth together for about a month.

You are leveling the plane of your mandible with the frankfurt plane by having your teeth together, which in return makes your ramus longer
Measure from the incisal edge to the Frankfort horizontal plane Plane 1 Frankfort

yo im just trying to make sure im doing every possible softmax that this earth has to offer. Over the long term i will prevent any downward growth, its not bluepilled

you aren’t using the jaw and it’s positioning to apply force to the maxilla, you simply need the teeth slightly together (barely touching) to promote jaw growth and build up the muscles that will give it a forward position (masticatory muscles)

using your teeth as a means to distribute force = bruxism
