Ended up doing the H202 44% percent teeth whitening method ended up going fine applied the protective layer on the gums fine and my light worked fine was very tricky had to be laying on the ground facing up holding a mirror so it gets kinda difficult.

going to try again with another product and see if I can actually get results.
