Teeth whitening gel

I am rn using 20% carbamid peroxide whitening gel (about 6-7% hydrogen peroxide) because thats the highest shit u can legally buy in most EU countries, I tried buying 30% hydrogen peroxide from usa but it got detained... Its like my 6th day aplying and im doing only 1-1,5h sessions because its uncomfortable as fuck to have that shit in your mouth for even 2hours, but I am seeing literally no results, chatjewpt told me the shade should go around 5 shades whiter and Im seeing nothing, should I continue and do it for like 20-25 days or should I make some illegal hydrogen peroxide concentration at home if someone has experience with this I would really appreciate some help, from my research it seems really easy

Whitening strips are less effective and mostly cope and more expensive, teeth whitening gel is for 14-21 days but really lasts like 1-2 years
