A GUIDE TO CARBAMIDE PEROXIDE 
this guide is only if you have good looking teeth/straight teeth already.. if your teeth are fucked come back when they are fixed
the main thing you need is teeth whitening gel (they sell kits on amazon for pretty cheap $30 base price just look up carbamide peroxide) as well as teeth molds $10-$20 (these cost extra BUT if you have invisalign laying around that you don't wear then you're in luck)
how this works:
- the teeth whitening gel has an ingredient called Carbamide peroxide (35%). make sure your carbamide peroxide is this percentage as it is most effective.
-Carbamide peroxide is a chemical compound primarily used as a source of hydrogen peroxide for healthcare and cosmetic purposes. It is a white crystalline solid made of hydrogen peroxide and urea. TRANSLATION: gives u white ass teeth (supposedly 8-10 shades lighter at the end)
-no this won't fuck your enamel up and yes it is safe just make sure it doesn't get on your gums (this is important)
how to apply:
- grab your invisalign/tooth mold and start filling it with the tooth whitening gel about a bead size in each tooth mold (comes with syringes as you will see in the kit) if your mold is overflowing that means you have used too much. Excess gel should be removed with a cotton swab. I recommend filling every mold because that way you get every tooth covered, but if youre lazy then just do the teeth that you show when smiling.
-AVOID HAVING GEL ON YOUR GUMS IF IT OCCURS WIPE IT OFF.
-now that you have put your invisalign/mold on leave it on for 30 mins daily.
-RECOMMENDED TO DO FOR 10-14 DAYS FOR PEAK RESULTS (depends how white you want them but it generally goes like this, 3-5 applications = 2-3 shades lighter, 7-10 days = 4-8 shades lighter)
-if you experience sharp "zings" or sharp sensitivity skip a day or reduce your wear time to 15 mins.
