White teeth are one of the most important things as they bring out contrast and it is the first thing people notice when you smile or talk, hence i went looking for a method to whiten my teeth relatively safely

The best method i have found, is using 3% hydrogen peroxide (the thing that whitens teeth in whitening strips and in toothpaste), why specifically this? 3% hydrogen peroxide is potent enough to where it significantly whitens teeth over a period of time but doesnt destroy enamel.

Guide: Use the hydrogen peroxide after brushing your teeth, drip the peroxide over ur toothbrush untill it starts overflowing to have a sufficient amount and brush for about 1,5-2mins. Do this everyday twice the whole week, afterwhich (this is purely prefrence) you can rinse out your mouth with a 50/50 peroxide to water mix to whiten the gaps of your teeth or anywhere you didnt hit.

Acquiring 3% hydrogen peroxide is really simple, its avaliable otc in any pharmacy and some larger grocery stores, i got 100mls for 2€

Results are dedinetly noticeable, i got a sheet from a dentist to gauge my progress, over 2 months i got my teeth a whole 5 tones whiter and the progress is still ongoing.

the problem with that is enamel destruction and chemical burns, when peroxide is so concentrated you can literally melt the enamel off your teeth, besides the acquierment of such a high concentration is fairly difficult in some countries

kind of easier said than done and you will have a significant challange of acquiring the peroxide at such concentration if you live in a country where customs is strict

i mean i live in canada and obtained it easily from ebay

yeah that works just fine too, between these 2 options its just up to personal prefrence and the amount of money your willing to spend

yeah canda has a more layed back approach to customs than some european countries for example the baltics or poland where any kind of pharmacutical or such gets checked and if its not avaliable without a prescription or you dont have proper use forms will just get destroyed or seized
