Teeth Whitening (Hydrogen Peroxide gel 15%)

I’m in Australia and was looking for upgraded whitening strips without professional assistance, then I found pneumocytosis’s thread. The only H202 gel I can find is 44% bicarbonate peroxide (15% hydrogen peroxide) which isn’t nearly as high as his 44% hydrogen peroxide. Should I keep looking for better sources or should that be fine? Also I heard it’s illegal in some places, my source is from America. Would it get seized at Australian customs or would it be fine?
