Teeth whitening in the UK

Has anyone from the UK or Europe been able to effectively whiten their teeth at home? I obviously know about the botb guides and whitening strips but hydrogen peroxide is fucking impossible to come across at high concentrations because of shitty regulations, the max legally is 0.1% which wouldn't even whiten a fucking sclera. The best alternative i've been able to find is 35 percent carbamide peroxide which is equivalent to 12% hydrogen peroxide, 4x weaker than the botb guide, any help?

Have you tried just normal whitening strips? Crest has some good ones

ive looked and cant find the american versions, the uk versions contain hydrogen peroxide but its so small that its insignificant

yah actually, someone in another thread sent me the links for his stuff, i ordered a curing light, 35% hydrogen peroxide whitening gel and barrier gel, the lights come and the gel came literally 5 minutes ago. it could be real hydrogen peroxide or fake so ill have to give it a try first, https://www.aliexpress.com/item/100...a7774504b7db72736c9dcd221d4&afSmartRedirect=y (thats the gel i ordered), im hoping to do the procedure friday night if the gingival barrier gel comes in time, i can update you with results so you know if you should buy it or not if youd like

since i just got it i wanted to know if it was real hydrogen peroxide, i asked chatgpt how i could test and it said by putting a piece of potato onto it it would make a fizzing noise/bubble cause of the catalase breaking down the hp, and it did, so its definitely real, ill make a thread when i do it and tag u
