It’s worth doing through your dentist as the trays that come with the kits aren’t made for your teeth.

Tray was like $200 from my dentist. I’d just ask them tbh I think most do it.

had multiple sessions of at home whitening now using 44% peroxide gel. probably 2-3 hours total and I'm not seeing a significant difference yet. I don't drink coffee or smoke or anything so idk why I'd even have stains in the first place. there's a good chance it's instrinsic staining that...

you can get trays on amazon for a few bucks. throw them in hot water and mold them to your teeth.
