The most popular non cope way that also dentists use is HYDROGEN PEROXIDE since your enamel is usually white or gray its your dentin thats colored and hydrogen peroxide decolores that dentin (the layer behind the enamel) and gives you that white look

BUT be careful because if that hydrogen peroxide gets on your gums its gonna burn like hell so youll need some gel protector for your gums and a curing lught to harden it
