Pros and cons of teeth whitening strips and does it really help?? I got some but I see a minimal distance and wanna know what they can do. Not only your teeth.

Their aren’t any known side effects other than temporary tooth sensitivity, and if left too long they could dissolve your tooth enamel causing sensitivity long term with no true fix. Just don’t be stupid and use it for only 28 minutes per session, if you feel your teeth getting very sensitive and painful continue the treatment but instead of using it daily use it bidaily

Make sure to use sensodine toothpaste daily 2 weeks before using any type of whitening strip

Its a precautionary measure so you dont get aching teeth after using those whitening strips, Whitening strips can make your teeth sensitive because the bleaching agents temporarily penetrate the enamel and irritate the inner layer of the tooth. Basically erasing the top layer of your teeth making them sensitive to absolutely everything even air

sensodine is one of the best over the counter toothpaste for sensitive teeth, if you have sensitive teeth I recommend using for a 3 weeks to see what iam talking about.

Ive personally tried it before and it did wonders for my front lower teeth, they were always sensitive and my dentist told me to try sensodine out, he specifically told me to rub a small amount of it on my teeth (using my fingers) whenever my teeth felt sensitive
