Teeth whitening strips bad?

Wondering if it’s worth using them because they’re like chemicals and i’m on raw primal shit rn. Fr tho just don’t want to use too much chemicals or is it not that deep with whitening strips ?
Also heard theres some ways to whiten teeth with coconut oil. Anyone know how that works?

both work but whitening strips are way more cost effective especially strips of higher concentration of hydrogen peroxide.

Using whitening strips doesnt discredit you of being 'primal' as long you keep true to the primal diet and such imo.
