Teeth Whitening Tech?

I combined a bunch of 20% carbamide peroxide with baking soda and water. This created a paste I used to brush my teeth for 5mins. Planning on doing it like 4 times a week. Is this fucking retarded and should I just use the peroxide by itself?

baking soda is extremely abrasive, feel like using the peroxide carefully by itself is better as ur just bleaching the area under the tooth, making it appear white and not causing abrasions
