Replace your toothbrush at least once a month and make sure to purchase a decent one with good bristles.

Learn to properly brush your teeth and use a good whitening toothpaste and mouth wash. Brush at least 3x a day for 1-2 minutes at a time.

Use a straw for soda.

I maintain the whitening for at least 6 months. I receive compliments on how white my teeth are.
