Hello niggas, I already tried the shitty whitening strips like 7 months ago, worst cope ever, and my teeth is getting yellow because of coffee and matte, and I actually don’t know what to do, I tried doing my own research and was told to use coconut oil, baking soda + other shit that I forgot.

If someone knows if it is cope and other tips to whitening it would be helpful…

Don't fucking drink coffee, take caffeine pills if you have to, and get proper Crest whitening strips not the shit off tiktok shop use a whitening toothpaste if you have to

Yea cut out the coffee. Its for subhumans. Whitening strips aint doing shit if you drink coffee

Coffee can help with debloating, so if you drink coffee make sure to finish it quick and don't sip on it for long and drink water instantly after
