What are the best way to whiten the teeth on a low cost. Ive been brushing my teeth everyday but the enamel just doesn’t wanna change its color.

Whitening strips. Crest sells decent ones for $30 on amazon. DO NOT GET THE COPE PURPLE ONES OR GURUNANDA BS!
